Have two rooms for rent first week in march one has half bath which is 600.
00 per month the other is 500.
00 per month must show proof of income last couple of months no drugs drinking smoking outside no drugs over night guests only one person i am renting to must keep living areas clean share bathroom room i have pets two cats inside outside guard dogs i expect my rent on time no second chances i stay to my self expect your space as well as mine i do phone calls only if no answer will get back to you thanks
