Hi, msg me: four I am a Rowan PHD student looking for two roommates to share a lease on a bath house.
The rooms are very spacious and the house has solar power so electric bills are very low ($ 500 a month).
Water, sewage and lawn are paid for by the owners.
The upstairs bedroom and backside bedroom are available for rent from July .
