The house is located on the Salem/Roanoke border area off the turnpike, minutes from Roanoke College, restaurants, and I-81.
The room rental includes private bedroom, full size private bathroom, use of washer/dryer, and all utilities (electricity, gas, water, and internet).
Available March 2024 Lease is Month to Month rental but preferably wanting at least a 3 month peaceful stay, depending on the person and/or circumstance could be longer stay.
