Currently there are no pictures of the bedroom, but I will have some in the coming few days.
This room is small, roughly 10 long x 6 wide with a small closet.
This room is in the front of the house with a large window looking out at the street.
as soon as you walk in the front door, through the main living space, the bedroom is on the right.
In the photo with the hutch, the bedroom is directly right of that.
This bedroom shares a bathroom with one lady.
It's a full bath with a tub/shower and updated shower head and faucet.
The main living quarters as shown in the pictures include living room, dining room and kitchen.
I'll post new pictures soon.
Note that the computer is no longer located in the living room.
The house also features a backyard (currently in progress of being manicured, but we have a full outdoor seating set), garage for storage, newer LG washer/dryer, newer fridges upstairs and downstairs, and is pet friendly considering your pets ability to get along with other animals (or is kept in your room).
Kitchen is fully stocked with almost anything you could need.
This place is great for students; we are open to anyone.
Though we have 3 driveway parking spots, coordination is key because street parking can be really difficult on our street.
Street sweeping on our side is the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month 1pm-3pm.
The agreement is monthly and requirements to apply are:
1.
Email me a bio about yourself, please include your first and last name as well as your email address.
2.
Once reviewed, I'll give you a smart move application.
It is $43.
If approved, this will go towards your security deposit.
3.
We schedule a viewing which is coordinated with as many roommates as possible.
4.
If all goes well, the security deposit is $1667 and is expected in advance to secure the room.
What we are looking for in our new roommate:
-cleanliness
-income reliability/pays rent on time/good rental history
-good rental references
-friendly/courteous (we don't expect to be friends but home is our sanctuary, kindness is key)
-open to first responders (paramedics, health care professionals, etc) especially those with non-conventional schedules 💗
Who we are:
-33 yr old female, works for city of sf as a public officer (not a cop), student at ccsf for psychology, master tenant (I work graveyard 8pm-4am)
-32 yr old male, linecook, roommate
-25 yr old male, Japanese, student at sfsu for computer science, roommate
-21 yr old female, student at sfsu for creative arts, roommate
-38 yr old female (this person hasn't paid rent since December and will be leaving in the upcoming weeks, we can discuss this in person)
We have cats and 1 dog.
The cats roam the house.
Unfortunately if you have kitty allergies, this place is not for you.
This house is close to CCSF and SFSU.
