Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Journeyperson Electrician to join our team.
As a Journeyperson Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various settings.
This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Perform electrical inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with codes and regulations
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and perform necessary repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete electrical work
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
Skills:
- Proficient in all aspects of electrical work, including high voltage and low voltage systems
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Experience working as an industrial electrician or commercial electrician preferred
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in electrical work
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve electrical issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
