Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Production Supervisor Reports to: Production Coordinator Hours: 4:00 pm – 12:00 am (2nd Shift) Mission: The Production Supervisor will oversee and ensure that the processes and discipline of the line are held in accordance with the Eldor standards of excellence at all times.
Summary of Responsibilities Ability to process discipline, to make sure operators follow up process standards strictly and make the corrective plan if time is needed.
Implement winding/ welding/ loading/ assembling/ resin/ final test processes in the production line, manage processes to ensure the shift runs to the standard of Eldor, and to ensure on time delivery from a customer expectation.
Be responsible of shift coordinating/communication with other shifts and functions.
Accomplish shift staff results by communicating job expectations.
Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process, setting processing variables.
Supervise production area leaders and operators.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Record-keeping systems, forms of control, implementing change.
Shift 7s management among the whole plant.
Other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements: College degree or above; Major in engineering, mechanical engineering or other relevant major preferred Combination of greater experience and education may be considered Required Experience: Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience 2 years leadership experience in production or manufacturing environment.
Monday - Friday, Weekends based on Production Schedule 4:00pm - 12:00am
