*Main Responsibilities*
* Responsible for supervision of Foundry employees, including two area lead personnel.
* Direct all Foundry-related activities including production, process improvement and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality products delivered on-time
* Utilize business systems to achieve on-time casting delivery
* Responsible for managing production schedule for several product lines.
* Responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO9000 Procedures Manual for department.
At a minimum, this entails creation, modification, and compliance to departmental procedures.
* Responsible for all department-related activities such as staffing, training, performance management, etc.
* Responsible for managing all safety and environmental impacts within each area.
* Assist in managing Hazardous Waste Control.
*Education/Training*
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field with a minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience.
*Qualifications/Experience*
* Demonstrated skills in leading people in a production environment.
* Must have sufficient proven technical knowledge of similar manufacturing processes.
* Ability to use word processing and spreadsheet PC software applications.
Must be comfortable managing data in multiple applications.
Lump Sum relocation may be provided if the candidate qualifies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.
