In doing so, you will be responsible for: · Making recommendations to modify existing equipment or new machine installations · Coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on track and meet objectives, while assigning priority appropriately · Allocating resources such as manpower, budgets, and equipment as needed for each project, optimizing resource utilization · Maintaining budgets, procuring materials from vendors, and overseeing quotes for major projects · Looking for creative solutions to project management challenges and implementing best practices to improve overall efficiency · Finding ways to save energy, reduce costs, and be more environmentally-friendly by optimizing electrical systems · Ensuring that all electrical systems meet safety standards so everyone stays safe on the factory floor · Collaborating with the Maintenance Department to train, as well as assist, with troubleshooting, repairs, and root-cause analysis to keep our operation running smoothly · Preparing reports, updates, and engineering data to track progress and plan for the future · Always being on the lookout for ways to make our electrical systems better, faster, and more reliable · Spearheading focus groups and project teams that will allow us to continue producing the highest quality product YTMV is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team that is accepting and respectful of all backgrounds, perspectives, and skills sets.
