Saw Operator

This job involves setting up, adjusting and operating saws to cut raw materials; utilizing technical drawings, written instructions and verbal instructions to produce dimensionally correct parts; performing secondary processes (including but not limited to: deburring parts and running additional pieces of equipment) while the machine is running; inspecting materials before cutting and inspecting parts before and after production to verify conformance to specifications on the work order; loading and unloading materials and parts from machines, racks, tables, carts, pallets, baskets and boxes; reading work orders, labels, tags and other documentation; cleaning and maintaining the Saw Area; performing routine maintenance saws in accordance with established procedures.
