Customer Service Rep/Account Rep - for Direct Mail

Looking for a seasoned customer service professional that MUST have manufacturing experience and be able to coordinate w/ customers on all technical aspects of their order.
Candidate will need to have excellent Microsoft Excel and math skills along with strong logic.
Call center experience valuable.
Knowledge of printing (i.
e.
offset / rotary / gravure), production copiers and/or printers, and any type of buckle folders would be helpful.
Must be organized, multi-tasked, detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills.
