* *Prepare Construction Cost Estimates for Potential Hospital Construction Projects.
Prepare take-offs and use industry rates to develop cost estimates*
* *Conduct Construction Inspections:* Verify proposed construction work aligns with change order request.
* *Review Scopes of Work:* Contribute your expertise to defining project objectives.
* *Evaluate Contractor Cost Schedules:* Your insights will drive excellence in project execution.
* *Bid Phase Evaluation:* Evaluate construction bids to ensure cost integrity.
* *Client Communication:* Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
