Property Maintenance Technician

We currently have a full-time position open for a Property Maintenance Technician.
The successful candidate will thrive in an energetic and fast-paced environment, have excellent customer and client services skills, and be extremely organized in his/her work habits.
*General Description:* Efficient and effective operation and upkeep of Waldvogel Commercial Properties’ client’s buildings, units and grounds, maintaining the physical asset of the properties under the direction of the Property Manager.
*General Maintenance:* * Plumbing * HVAC (filter changes, minor repairs) * Grounds Keeping * Painting - Minor Carpentry * Sign Installation * Apartment Make Readys * Burglar / Fire Alarm and Property Emergency Calls * Tenant Lockouts *Requirements* * Valid VA Drivers License with excellent driving record * Ability to climb stairs and work on ladders * Ability to carry and move equipment used in regular, normal performance of duties * Ability to push minimum 100 pounds; ability to lift minimum 50 pounds * Ability to participate in after-hours on-call schedule Salary commensurate with experience.
