Production Supervisor

We manufacture premier trailers, such as Open, Enclosed, Equipment and Racing Trailers, just to name a few.
We have been a staple in Rocky Mount for many years and we have a global reach with our product.
As Production Manager, you will oversee our Open Trailer Production Lines.

* Must be familiar with Production work, to include Piece Work and have a good understanding how the manufacturing process works.

* Must have a background in welding and fabrication.
Carpentry experience would be a plus.
To lead a team of top-notch welders and fabricators, we ask that you can do the same.
* Must be willing to work in all weather conditions.
Most of your work will be done indoors but moving from building to building will happen and we have to manage and maintain production no matter the weather.
* Must be able to stand on feet most of the day and be able to move, push, pull or lift up to 100 pounds, assisted or unassisted.
Lifting this amount of weight isn’t a daily occurrence but you should be prepared if the need arises.

Our typical work day is from 7:00 to 3:30, Monday through Friday but those are subject to change with short notice based on production needs.

Pay could be between $45,000 to $65,000 annually and is based solely on direct experience.
