Carpenter/Lead Man

Crew works onsite at customer's homes and sometimes at our shop.
Crew of about 2-3 workers usually, must be able to work and communicate as a team, show up on time to jobs and be respectful to our client's and their property.
Must be able to manage time and give direction to team in order to produce highest quality work in a timely and effectively.
Minimum of 1 year experience in wood and/or composite decking installation.
Pay is depending on experience.
