Construction Laborer

Crew works onsite at customer's homes and sometimes at our shop.
Crew of about 3-4 workers usually, must be able to work and communicate as a team, show up on time to jobs and be respectful to our client's and their property.
Must be able to manage time and give direction to team in order to produce highest quality work in a timely and effectively.
Minimum of 1 years experience in wood and/or composite decking installation is preferred.
Will train if you have a base idea.
Pay is depending on experience.
Must be okay with outside work, all weather conditions (don't work during lightning or extreme hazards).
Bi-weekly pay by direct deposit.
Health insurance and paid time off available.
