This Role accounts for process engineering activities to improve processes, equipment, and procedures.
This position will provide direct hands-on engagement with various manufacturing operations and processes.

Highlights of your role
Provide Production lines and other Process Support sub-groups with strategic plans and tactical short-term actions to drive and sustain continuous operational improvements.
Use innovative process engineering and lean methodologies to identify and implement short, intermediate, and long-term improvements to manufacturing practices and results.
Define manufacturing practices that enable making products with improved consistency and fewer disruptions.
Provide process vision and plans concerning equipment requirements, use, placement, and workflow.
Conduct time studies, value stream mapping, current state vs.
future state assessments, structured problem solving and other CI related actions.
Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in Customer Experience, product performance, and throughput of assembly lines.
You’re a good fit if you have
Bachelors or higher degree from accredited engineering college or university (Industrial Engineering degree preferred)
1-3 years of experience implementing process improvements and lean principles
Significant understanding to develop and support an environment employing a mix of automated, semi-automated and hand assembly operations
Verifiable track record and accomplishments leading operational transformations.
Familiar with a variety of industrial and maintenance practices.
Comfortable collaborating with a diverse group of individuals daily.
Preferred digital literacy in all routinely used Microsoft Office applications.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project a plus.
