Overview
Planning and coordinating all installations and repairs of cooking, warming, hvac, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing equipment.
Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
Repairing and replacing floor tile, ceiling tile, interior/exterior bulbs, some electronics, and general facility/cosmetic repairs.
Keeping accurate time records and following department procedure for checking in and out of work.
Filling out service orders routinely.
Maintaining a up to date inventory and re-ordering as needed (items over $200 need approval from Facilities Director).
Completing quarterly vehicle inventories.
Communicating with Facilities Director, DM, and Management team repair delays, parts in need of ordering, what caused repair, and when repair has been done.
Completing Annual, Bi-Annual, and Quarterly Preventative Maintenance on stores and equipment.
Assists Facilities Director with equipment and stores needs (i.
e.
equipment that may need replacing soon).
Assisting with remodels and store upgrades as needed.
On call duties as needed.
Rooftop and outside weather work is required in all seasons.
Job brief
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician - PM Tech to oversee all building-related activities.
You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe, well functioning, and provide accurate food safety.
You will primarily focus on Preventative Maintenance items which helps keep equipment running optimally and avoid costly repairs/down time.
This will not be the only thing you do with us just your focus.
The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs.

Background in restaurant equip, hvac, ref, plumbing, electrical, and basic handy man capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Good analytical/critical thinking.
EPA Type 1 and 2 Certification.
(or must be willing to achieve one).
Electrical, Hvac, Plumbing, and restaurant equipment repair experience of 1 years or more are a bonus.
