Highlights of our Mechanical Engineer Role:
Identify, design, and implement equipment improvements on existing equipment
Integrate equipment into production
Lead appropriate training on new equipment and processes
Lead/support the development and implementation of equipment and process innovations that will improve productivity and capabilities
Drive equipment and process efficiencies by advancing and implementing new technologies and innovation
Champion trials to test and validate new equipment and processes
Manage and drive projects to successful completion
Requirements:
You’re a Good Fit for our Mechanical Engineer position if you have:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required
2 years of relevant work experience required
Demonstrated experience in improving manufacturing equipment performance
Proven Project Management skills required
Plastics Processing experience preferred
Machine design experience preferred
Strong written and oral communication skills required
Compensation:
$80,000 to $96,000 depending upon experience.
