Responsible for monitoring daily shift reports for equipment issues and quality spikes.
Monitors equipment for proper functioning/capacity.
Sets project schedules, keeps projects on track, and completes reports in a timely manner.
Assists/drives equipment modifications, equipment repairs.
Maintains/updates documentation.
Assists with equipment repairs.
Modifies machines and monitors production trial runs, issuing technical reports for all machine modifications.
Utilizes the latest AIAG (Automotive Industrial Alliance Group).
Must be able to communicate technical data.
*EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:*
Four year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated excellent technical verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated organizational skill in managing time, projects, and resources.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
*LANGUAGE SKILLS:*
l Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
l Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
l Ability to speak well and present information to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
*MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:*
l Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry, and trigonometry.
l Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
*REASONING ABILITY:*
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
