Production Supervisor

* Supervise the warehouse and our panel production team.
* Oversee the shipping and receiving of products.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area.
* Create production schedules, track progress, and report project updates.
* Provide information and support to the production management team.
* Communicate regularly with upper management to report on production progress and issues.
* Meet daily production plan; proactively identify and resolve issues.
* Identify potential risks and opportunities impactful to panel manufacturing performance.
* Support our panel assembly team on issues related to quality, human resources, equipment, and troubleshooting.
* Manage performance indicators.
* Facilitate daily communication meetings.
*Minimum Qualifications* * High school diploma; BS is a plus.
* 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Prior supervisory experience.
* Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodology is a plus.
