Tiello has partnered with a highly successful *Electrical Contractor* in Clearbrook, VA on their search for a Superintendent to work on large Electrical Industrial Projects.
As an *Electrical Superintendent* you will need to be on-site overseeing ALL aspects of the electrical installation.
You will be need to ensure that the work adheres to blueprints, contract conditions, company safety policies, and OSHA requirements.
*Title:* Electrical Superintendent (5-7+ years)
*Project Types:* Mostly Industrial - Some Commercial
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Oversee all aspects of a construction project from planning to final inspection and warranty
* Prepare material requisitions
* Attend job site meetings
* Prepare manpower schedules
* Allocate resources (tools and equipment) for assigned projects
* Supervise on-site personnel, peace-workers, and subcontractors
* Interface with project managers, inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and client
* Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
*KEY QUALIFICAATIONS:*
* Previous experience as a superintendent on large commercial or multi-family projects
* Familiarity with computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
* Familiarity with Autocad (a plus but not required)
* Strong leadership qualities
* Strong negotiation skills
* Deadline and detail-oriented
