Handyman/Lawn Maintenance Services ETC (Roanoke/Christinanburg/Pulaski)

Looking for someone to provide property preservation lawn maintenance and handyman services on foreclosed homes in Roanoke and the surrounding areas ( 50 mile radius) Must have own tools, equipment, and transportation Must have a working knowledge of the foreclosure industry Must have 30 days working capital to get started Must be able to take adequate before / action/ and after photos on a cell phone and provide these photos to us Must be able to communicate issues and delays from site Must be able to accept work orders via email Must be able to share photos with us on Dropbox Must be computer / smart phone savvy We are not "training" at this time, so if you do not have a working knowledge of the foreclosure maintenance industry,and it’s standard practices please do not respond.
