Opportunity Summary: As an Electrical Project Engineer you will be responsible for coordinating the planning, organizing, and completion of capital projects.

* Support and foster safety and environmental compliance
* Understand safe designs, safe work practices, and safe work
environments
* Evaluate and performance of electrical systems to determine the
best option for future needs
* Develop capital CFR documents for the capital approval process
* Implement capital projects on time and within budget
* Control project costs by developing bid packages, monitoring
expenditures, and administering contracts
* Establish project schedules by studying specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements
* Responsible for construction oversight during implementation phases
of on-site construction
· Partner with operations, E&I, Process Control, and Mechanical
Maintenance to understand all processes and how teams and individuals are
involved and impacted at each step
What you need to succeed:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Electrical Engineering preferred
* Must have 7 to 12 years of experience in a project, operations, or
maintenance engineering role
* Experience with SAP preferred
* Strong problem-solving and process-analysis skills to evaluate data
and make decisions to drive process improvements through capital upgrades
* Possess effective communication skills to clearly convey project-related data to operations,
maintenance, and management
* Proven track record of collaboration within cross-functional teams
* Work experience in the paper industry or similar industry preferred
