Position Title: LINE PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (2nd Shift)

Reporting to: Maintenance Supervisor
Position Mission:
The Line Preventative Maintenance Technician is responsible for the preventative/predictive maintenance and repair of the production and auxiliary equipment of the Production Line.
Position Main Responsibilities:
Perform regular preventive and predictive maintenance on machines and equipment.
Perform emergency repair on the production equipment as needed.
Have strong skill for failures root cause investigation, modifications, improvements, and troubleshooting.
Understand spare parts management and acquire the proper spare parts in the event of a breakdown repair or planned maintenance work.
Correctly complete the recording of all machine breakdowns and troubleshooting activities.
Perform simple machinist duties and fabrication.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Other duties as assigned.
Education required:
Associate's degree or technical school; 2 years related experience and/or training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experiences required:
Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance role with automation equipment, in a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills Required:
Have a good understanding of machine mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical drawings & design.
Experience in mechanical and pneumatic improvements and modifications.
Ability to operate milling machine, lathe, grinding machine and additional mechanical workshop equipment.
Experienced in using a variety of hand and power tools, material handling equipment, and test equipment in performing duties.
Capable of using multiple types of mechanical measurement devices
(2nd Shift) Monday - Friday, Weekends/Overtime as Needed
