Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team.
As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
Your mechanical knowledge and expertise will ensure the efficient operation of HVAC systems and the comfort of our clients.
Duties:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to blueprints and design specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and make necessary repairs
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations and repairs in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each job
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions about HVAC systems
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
- Ability to weld and fabricate metal as needed for installations or repairs
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving duties
- Proficient in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing boilers
- Experience as a service technician for air conditioning units is preferred
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and find effective solutions
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members
