Job Duties
Performs work at a Journeyman’s level, corresponding with the trade, in 100% compliance and support of JC, CMS, VOHSA, NFPA, NATIONAL, STATE & LOCAL codes & standards.
Follows proper troubleshooting techniques, identifies problems with limited assistance.
Identifies and submits, written, needed corrective actions and parts list required for those repairs to the supervisor.
Follows assigned planned maintenance procedures.
Evaluates equipment/devices for proper application/operation, potential failures, makes the appropriate repairs or adjustments and reports discrepancies to the supervisor.
Measured by observation and documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to physically perform duties, ability to work the scheduled hours.
Additional Considerations
Previous HVAC experience is strongly preferred.
