Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee roofing projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Experience in managing various types of construction projects (e.
g.
, residential, commercial)
Skills:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Proficient in project management software and tools
