2nd Shift Machine Operator

*We are hiring 2nd shift Machine Operators in Roanoke, VA!* *Hours: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-3:00am* *Pay: $20-$22/hr* *Responsibilities:* - Operate and monitor machines used in plastics blow molding or plastics injection molding processes - Set up machines according to production specifications - Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet standards - Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions - Perform routine maintenance on machines - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area *Experience:* - Previous experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastics blow molding or plastics injection molding - Familiarity with calipers, lathes, and other measurement tools - Knowledge of materials handling and storage procedures - Mechanical aptitude and ability to assemble and disassemble machine components - Experience operating forklifts is a plus - Understanding of lean manufacturing principles Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.
