Handyman/Project Manager

We are seeking a Handyman/Project manager who knows a little about everything regarding construction and home renovation.
The candidate must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
A company vehicle is provided.
Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate work on home renovations - Work directly with subcontractors to stick to a timeline - Work with owners to maintain a budget and timeline for renovations - Handle basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks - Paint interior and exterior surfaces - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Skills: - Must have experience and know a little about everything involving home renovations - Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and find effective solutions - Excellent attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Good communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs - Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
