REHAB Tradesman Wanted (ROANOKE)

We are a Construction Company specializing in REHAB, operating in and around Roanoke Va.
Seeking a Tradesman with Electrical and Plumbing Skills.
ROUGH ELECTRICAL TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • Relocating and upgrading load centers and sub panels.
• Make new home runs to add circuits and update existing electrical wiring.
• Identify unsafe and/or not to code electrical issues and add them to the repair orders.
ROUGH PLUMBING TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO • Re-pipe houses as needed to update the existing plumbing or add new plumbing fixtures.
• Identify unsafe and/or not to code plumbing issues and add them to the repair orders.
• Install tubs, shower pans, and toilets.
FINISH ELECTRICAL TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO • Install ceiling fans, light fixtures, outlets, and switches.
• Install appliances and/or oversee the installation of appliances by 3rd party vendors.
• Test finalized installed network and electrical fixtures.
Test all outlets and switches.
FINISH PLUMBING TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO • Install sinks, tub/shower fixtures, ice makers, and faucets.
• Test finalized installed plumbing items and check for leaks.
