Russ Hadick and Associates have partnered with an employee-owned heavy civil contractor in Virginia who is looking for a Project Manager in the Roanoke area to take the lead on exciting bridge and road projects.

Primary responsibilities of the job include:
· Managing all heavy/civil construction process
· Management of construction schedule and budget
· Anticipating issues and preventing delays with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
A successful candidate will possess the following:
· 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Heavy/Civil construction
· Strong leadership and management skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Proficient in P6 software
Salary Range: $90-140K
