```Duties```
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
- Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, and other professionals to ensure proper installation and functionality of plumbing systems
- Read blueprints and follow building codes and regulations
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete plumbing tasks
- Perform pipe threading, soldering, welding, and other plumbing techniques as needed
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning
```Experience```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a plumber in residential or commercial settings
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Experience with commercial driving for transportation of plumbing materials
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment effectively
Skills:
- Proficient in various plumbing techniques such as pipe threading, soldering, and plumb installation
- Knowledge of construction plumbing practices and procedures
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment relevant to the plumbing trade
