*Cenvar Roofing *has an immediate opening for a local *Gutter/ Roofing Mechanic *in *Roanoke, Virginia.
*This full time opportunity will require you to be detail-oriented in order to install gutters efficiently and you will be expected to learn the trade.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to prioritize tasks according to customer happiness and quality execution.
You will be responsible for estimating, scheduling, and leading the repair team
*Gutter/ Roofing Mechanic Duties:*
* Repair & replacement of seamless aluminum gutters
* Load truck with gutter job materials at the beginning of each day
* Maintain a clean & neat company truck to include both interior and exterior
* Keep a prompt appointment schedule as arranged by the office
* Call the customer while in-route to the job to provide an ETA
* Review work orders with customers to ensure accuracy
* Perform a "walk around" with the customer prior to commencement of the job and upon its completion
* Be highly experienced in multiple types of roofing
* Clean the job site after work is complete
* Represent the company in the most professional manner at ALL times, to include: being polite, dependable and prompt
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to navigate and resolve difficult situations
* Exhibit excellent customer service
* Be well educated about the products we install and our services
* Learn, implement and adhere to Cenvar Roofing policies
* Maintain a professional appearance to include wearing a company issued uniform from the waist up
* Communicate with the manager to answer any questions before or as they arise
* Be prompt for scheduled company meetings
* Additional duties as assigned
*Minimum Skills & Requirements*
* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/temperatures/seasons
* Must possess a *valid driver's license & be insurable on the company insurance policy*
* High School Diploma or GED
* Effective communication skills
* One year of seamless aluminum gutter experience preferred but not required
* Absolute honesty towards customers and team members
* Must be hardworking with a proven track record of dependability
* Possess an upbeat, energetic, positive outlook, with a servant attitude towards his/her team
* Must be organized and detail-oriented in order to operate the repair division efficiently
* Quality work and customer satisfaction must be important to you
