Toyota Tacoma Work Needed (Roanoke)

Are you a knowledgeable Toyota Mechanic? I have a 2003 Tacoma with several items I would like addressed.
At the top of the list is both upper and lower ball joints.
The front left cv axle.
Swaybar bushings and swaybar links.
The Tacoma is a pre-runner with a 3.
4 5vz v6.
The next item is the Horn/airbag Clockspring and or Horn pad button.
Are you that person? I'm looking for quality work.
You should have a place to work on the truck and have your own tools.
I'm paying $30.
