HVAC Service Manager
Job Description:
We are searching for an experienced, detail-oriented HVAC Service Manager to join our growing company.
In this position, you will be responsible for coaching technicians, recording and reporting KPIs, and performing field ride alongs.
You will work collaboratively with our team of skilled professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Coach, hire, and train HVAC Service Technicians
Work with the dispatch department to make sure the right technician goes to the right job
Bring more energy than you take, because you will set the tone every day for the entire HVAC Service department
Inspire technicians to hit their goals
Train, develop and hold your team accountable to exceptional performance standards
Collaborate with Upper Management and Service Managers during weekly management meetings and daily huddles
Desired Skills & Experience:
Prior experience as a technician and prior management experience
Ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members
Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives
Detail oriented
Strong communication skills
Proficient using a computer (Microsoft office, ServiceTitan, etc.
)
Work Schedule:
Full-Time
Pay and Benefits
$60,000-$70,000 annually
