Job Description: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team.
As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to design specifications and industry standards.
You will work closely with our team to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects while upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: * Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork, in residential and light commercial properties.
* Read and interpret blueprints, design specifications, and manufacturer instructions to ensure accurate installation and optimal system performance.
* Collaborate with team members to coordinate project tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
* Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions to restore functionality and efficiency.
* Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
* Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
* Stay updated on industry advancements and participate in training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in HVAC installation preferred.
* Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or related field.
* Strong technical aptitude and understanding of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Commitment to safety protocols and practices.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
* Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings as required.
