* Collaborate with frontline staff to ensure data integrity and gather insights from the shop floor.
* *Statistical Analysis*
* Apply statistical methods (e.

, Regression, ANOVA, DOE, etc.
) to analyze manufacturing data, including production metrics, quality control data, and equipment performance.
* Generate actionable insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
* *Continuous Improvement Initiatives*
* Participate in continuous improvement projects, employing statistical tools and methodologies to identify areas for optimization.
* Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement data-driven solutions and monitor their impact.
* *Hands-On Engagement*
* Spend time on the manufacturing floor to gain a practical understanding of processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
* Work closely with production teams, demonstrating a willingness to get involved and understand the intricacies of manufacturing operations.
* *Reporting and Documentation*
* Develop clear and concise reports and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators and improvement progress.
* Document methodologies, findings, and recommendations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
*Qualification:*
