Heavy Equipment Operator/Laborer

\*\*Overview:\*\* We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment operation and possess the necessary skills to efficiently operate various types of equipment.
\*\*Responsibilities:\*\* - Operate heavy equipment including skid steer and mini excavators.
-Complete fine grading, backfill around houses etc.
Must be proficient with with skid steer and mini excavator with swivel bucket.
- Perform tasks such as fine grading, ditching, utility install (water and sewer laterals) - Ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently to meet project requirements.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times while operating equipment.
-Must be willing and able to complete daily reports to document work performed.
\*\*Experience:\*\* - Prior experience in heavy equipment operation, including skid steer and mini excavators.
- Pipe experience recommended for sewer and water lateral hookup to house.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively.
