The two year (24 month) ASSA ABLOY rotational development program or, as we like to call it – the RDP, will put you in the center of our Operations and Supply Chain organizations.
Offering the broadest view of our business, you’ll be a key member of teams while rotating through multiple assignments at various facilities within the Americas Division.

Three Focus Areas As a member of the RDP, you will have an opportunity to experience all facets of our business.
Our goal is to expose you the breadth of ASSA ABLOY products, processes, and team members that make our business so successful.
Our RDP is built around three, core areas: Production During this rotation, you will experience our production processes first-hand.
You will work with production team members, manufacturing engineering, and plant leadership teams to ensure our products are built, and shipped, to our customers’ satisfaction.
Operational Excellence During this rotation, you will work closely with our Operations problem solvers.
These team members are experts at implementing LEAN tools, executing Six Sigma projects, planning new facilities, and consolidating existing sites.
You will have the opportunity to improve your project management skills and develop innovative solutions to tackle real-world challenges Supply Chain During this rotation, you will work with our Global Supply Chain team.
You will have the opportunity to enhance your logistics, planning, and purchasing skills while optimizing how our supply chain services our production, and warehousing, facilities.
In today’s, globalized marketplace, our supply chain professionals are experts at ensuring a steady flow of materials while optimizing our cost structure.

Within the Americas Division, there are nearly 9,000 team members collaborating with almost 50,000 professionals within the ASSA ABLOY Global Team.

About you To be a competitive candidate, you will need to be an intellectually curious team player, ready to take on the challenges of tomorrow.
We expect you to have an Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations-related degree with a mminimum 3.
0 GPA.
Completing prior, degree-specific internships, is desirable.
You should have a strong track record of involvement and engagement with on/off campus activities.
You must have excellent communication skills, a self-starter, motivated, and driven to seek out challenges and find solutions.
As a member of the RDP, you will have an opportunity to see many of our manufacturing locations.
You must be willing to travel during this time and be prepared for potential trips to Canada, Latin and South America.
