*Job Duties | What You’ll Be Doing*
* Removal of existing flooring products in residential structures
* Work within manufacturer & estimator guidelines to prepare & apply new flooring products; engineered wood, hardwood, LVP, vinyl, laminate, tile, carpet, etc.
* Assess any potential issues during the installation process & and implement action to resolve them in a timely manner
* Always present job site professionalism; including thorough clean up, professional attire, and maintaining a safety-first environment.
* Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
*Job Requirements | What We’re Looking For*
* 2+ years of Flooring Installation experience preferred
* Familiarity with common flooring installation best practices & processes
* _Accountability_: Ability to work well independently as well as a part of a team

* _Integrity_: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship.
* _Commitment_: Motivated to get the job done right
* Ability to bend, squat and work on knees for extended periods of time
* Access to either a smartphone or tablet with cellular data capabilities – (iOS 8 or newer; Android 7.
0 or newer)
* Eligible to work in the United States & comfortable submitting a background check
* Active liability insurance policy in place or the ability to obtain such a policy prior to starting
* Active & good standing Contractor's license to perform residential services
* Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
