Essential Job Functions • Daily maintenance of Datalyzer Program • Quality Inspections & Data Entry • Provide changeover sheets (product specifications) for production runs • Updates product specifications via displays • Provide production support on all quality related issues • Conduct internal audits for Quality Inspection • Support Quality system • Monitor Process Parameter Program • Conducts incoming material inspections (labels, caps, cartons, bottles, etc.
) • Perform internal calibration on quality test equipment • Assist Quality Lead in all materials/process trials • Involved in quality investigation for defective product • Solution Testing • Provide break relief for all filling department positions The above statement describes the general nature and level off work only .

Qualifications • Minimum of high school degree or equivalent • Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience • Able to work scheduled overtime or shift changes when required • knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point • Excellent communication skill set (verbal, written, etc.
) • Team building skill set and positive interaction with all levels within the organization and outside vendors/customers • Ability to complete all job assigned computer software requirements associated with product requirements • Able to lift to 50 pounds periodically throughout the manufacturing shift and meet physical requirements of position including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, reaching with both hands/arms, ability to visually inspect product • Mechanically inclined to perform minor machine corrections within job responsibilities A Career with KIK Offers: KIK offers very competitive salary and comprehensive benefits including health, wellness, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
