Your Role at KIK The Warehouse Administrator coordinates and expedites the flow of materials, parts and assemblies between departments.
In the Warehouse Administrator role, you will oversee the daily cycle count process to ensure vital inventory accuracy to maintain excellence for production and shipping schedules, and various department priorities.
What You’ll Be Doing Analyze, reconcile, and report all variances and discrepancies reported from the daily count cycle process and those reported from daily operations in a timely manner Review production schedules and related information to determine material requirements, identify overdue materials and track material using FIFO Identify any procedure/process trends that negatively impact inventory accuracy by performing weekly, monthly and yearly random inventory audits to ensure compliance in inventory-related practices Requisition materials and establish sequential delivery dates according to job order priorities and material availability Examine materials delivered to departments to verify conformance to specifications Prepare materials to ship to various facilities as needed Run reports to determine lot control products that require disposal or testing to extend expiration date Report any safety hazards, unsafe working conditions or suspicious activities/people to the Plant Manager, security, and/or any management team member What You’ll Bring 3+ years of experience in manufacturing with extensive knowledge in operations High School diploma or equivalent Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office/Excel Ability to work in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments Ability to carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision Must be able to safely like 50 lbs What You Will Get KIK offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits including health, wellness, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
