As a Production Supervisor, your team will rely on you for guidance in the areas of quality, productivity, efficiency, and safety.
Our environment moves fast, 24 hours per day, so your strengths in multi-tasking, follow-up, and communication will be imperative to keeping our process, and tires, rolling.

In doing so, you will be responsible for: Maintaining the highest level of safety awareness, personally, as well as coaching others on best practices on a daily basis Recognizing any issues with quality, reporting, and recommending improvements as necessary Tracking performance against set goals and recording countermeasures for areas falling short Providing a comfortable work environment where there is mutual respect between team members and leadership Creating and analyzing data that is relative to production, safety, employees, quality, etc.
Managing and implementing employee policies/procedures as outlined in the collective bargaining agreement Responding to mechanical issues in a timely manner and developing a plan for countermeasures Handling multiple tasks as they arise, with the ability to set priority and manage timeliness Problem-solving and following-up on happenings within the department and those that affect other areas of the plant YTMV is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team that is accepting and respectful of all backgrounds, perspectives, and skills sets.
