Our operation is simple – we manufacture tires.
But at Yokohama Tire Manufacturing Virginia (YTMV), we see it as moving the world.
From the racetrack to Main Street, we put our customer’s destination at the heart of our work, ensuring the millions of tires we produce annually exceed expectations in quality, safety, and environmental consciousness.
Rooted in Salem since 1989, we have a history of excellence in both our products and our people.
We’re looking for a strong leader who puts people and safety at the core of their work.
As a Production Supervisor, your team will rely on you for guidance in the areas of quality, productivity, efficiency, and safety.
Our environment moves fast, 24 hours per day, so your strengths in multi-tasking, follow-up, and communication will be imperative to keeping our process, and tires, rolling.
If you’re mechanically inclined and enjoy solving problems hands-on, we want to hear from you.
